Each route has different eligibility, evidence and fees. Select the one that applies to your situation for full guidance:

Who can apply for Leave to Remain

  • You currently hold valid UK permission and want to extend or switch to a new route.
  • You submit a valid application before your visa expires (protects you under Section 3C).
  • You meet the rules of your chosen route (e.g., partner, parent, private life, skilled worker, graduate).
  • You can maintain yourself without public funds (unless applying with a fee waiver where eligible).
  • You provide all required supporting evidence in the specified format.

We confirm the right route, check deadlines and keep your rights protected while your case is pending.

How the process works

  1. 1) Route & eligibility check — we confirm the best LTR category for you.
  2. 2) Document prep — tailored checklist + templates for your route.
  3. 3) Online application — we complete forms, calculate fees/IHS, and submit before expiry.
  4. 4) Biometrics / ID — UKVCAS appointment or ID Check app (where eligible); we upload a clean, indexed bundle.
  5. 5) Decision — standard service is usually weeks; priority may be available on some routes.

We track your case, respond to Home Office requests, and guide you through BRP/digital status once granted.
