- You can maintain yourself without public funds (unless applying with a fee waiver where eligible).
- You provide all required supporting evidence in the specified format.

- Spouse/Partner (FM): relationship documents, accommodation, Financial Requirement evidence
- Parent route: parental responsibility/care arrangements, child’s status/residence evidence
- Family & Private Life (10-year): length of residence, family ties, best-interests evidence
- Skilled Worker: Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), contract, salary/English proof
- Graduate (PSW): eligible UK award & provider confirmation
- Fee Waiver: hardship evidence (income/outgoings, housing, dependants)
